Refund and Returns Policy

At AJwatches, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We have a 14 day refund and returns policy. Items have to be in brand new and in unworn condition. If item came with protective stickers, tags, security devices, they cannot be removed to be eligible for return.

If order is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can fix the issue.

Custom made orders cannot be returned as the were made for you.

To complete your return, send an email to: sales@ajwatches.com with order # and reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

14 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange item for something else, contact us via email: sales@ajwatches.com and we will gladly help you with that.

Shipping / Returns

To return your product, email us: sales@ajwatches.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
